Since entering the insurance industry as an Insurance Administrator in 2013, she has strived to gain extensive hands-on experience and exposure within the Risk Resolution space.

Melissa has since undertaken professional development to complement her practical experience having completed the Diploma of Insurance Broking via NIBA College.

We saw it immediately. This young ambitious woman uses her creative brain to solve problems and has the confidence to sell her ideas. She reckons that comes from being prepared for dance Eisteddfods – a process she likens to being trained for the military.

At first, Melissa thought she might use her creative flair in childcare but her brother, a seasoned insurance operator, sold her on something else. You know what that was, because here she is.

Outside of work, she is active and loves to take on anything that comes her way.  Discovering the pleasures of every day.
