Christine Sellers

Christine (known as Chris) started her career in NZ with National Insurance at the age of 16 years old. Starting as secretary to the Reinsurance Underwriter she moved up to Secretary of all the Sales Reps in the Christchurch office. It was not long before she had a taste of what the Sales Reps role involved and decided this is what she wanted to do.

She then moved to Sydney in where she raised 2 beautiful girls keeping very involved with netball as a player, umpire, and Treasurer for her Club as well as the Association.

After part time work in the insurance industry, she eventually rejoined full time and spent the next 25 years as a BDM/Sales Rep/Underwriter for 2 of the larger insurance companies in Australia. Managing a portfolio on a regular basis of around 25 Brokerages at a time. Intercharge was one of her many Brokerages also one of her most respected so it seemed only natural that she would one day work with Neville and the team.

Chris’s interests when not working is helping out with her grandchildren and cake decorating as well as walking with friends. Holidays is high on the list with many trips to NZ to visit family and many short breaks around Australia until full retirement in years to come where she will complete her bucket list of holidays….including many cruises.
